Lois Schneider Realtor Celebrates A Successful 2007

At the annual awards luncheon held on February 12, Lois Schneider RealtorÕs team of nearly 50 professional sales and support staff gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of the sales associates as well as recognize the companyÕs outstanding performance in 2007.

Winnie Cavazini earned the award for the Highest Production, Ms. Cavazini and Roey Dangler shared the honor of the Most Sales, while Sara Parker Henderson earned the Most Units Sold. Lastly, Suzanne Lear received the prize of the Most Listings.

Winnie Cavazini achieved the PresidentÕs Diamond Circle for production exceeding $30,000,000. Members of the PresidentÕs Platinum Circle, with production exceeding $20,000,000, were Cynthia Baker, Betsy Crosby, Roey Dangler, Maren Dinsmore, Sara Parker Henderson, Suzanne Lear, and Diane Robinson. The PresidentÕs Gold Circle members were Cindy Bienemann, Nancy Burrows, Rochelle Dempsey, Ellen Feeley, Ginny Jordan, Stephanie Kramer, Sue Lemkau, Therese McEnroe, and Linda Peck with production of more than $10,000,000. Kara Crooks, Mary Jo Herr, Allison Lees, Sandra Long, Debbie Lupton, and Judy Watson were honored for their positions in the PresidentÕs Silver Circle with production exceeding $7,000,000. Recognized for her ÒstarÓ potential, new sales associate, Kathy Barrett was awarded this yearÕs Rising Star.

Along with the awards for annual production, additional acknowledgements were presented. Several associates accomplished their personal best in 2007; Cindy Bienemann, Winnie Cavazini, Kara Crooks, Maren Dinsmore, Sara Parker Henderson, Ginny Jordan, and Debbie Lupton. Circle of Excellence members were Roey Dangler and Sara Parker Henderson in the Gold Circle, Cindy Bienemann, Linda Peck and Kara Crooks in the Silver Circle, and Debbie Chang, Rochelle Dempsey, Maren Dinsmore, Mary Jo Herr, and Debbie Lupton in the Bronze Circle.

Other awards earned included the Relocation Award received by Diane Robinson and Mary Jo Herr for their referrals through the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World network. This network is comprised of leading independent real estate companies across the country who work to successfully relocate their clients.

The Lois Keough Schneider Award recognizes sales associates and staff members who exemplify the tenets upon which the company was founded. Winners of the award are chosen based on a company-wide vote. Kerry Malloy and Joan Hamway received the support staff honor while Ginny Jordan received the sales associate honor based on their dedication to customer service, promotion of team spirit and enhancement of the Lois Schneider Realtor reputation.

2007 additions to the Lois Schneider Realtor team were Ellie Amos, Kathy Barrett, Debbie Chang, Elizabeth Cicchino, Kristin Pustylnik, and Jill Bray.
